Introductory package 3 sessions of 90 minutes each
Total price: €220 (one-time booking – 20% discount compared to 3 individual sessions)
This package gives you the opportunity to get to know me and my way of working. In three sessions, we will take the time to explore how the creative process can support you in your goals.
If you would like to continue after the introductory package, you can flexibly book individual sessions or create a clear framework for yourself with a package:
Individual session (60 minutes): €65
3-session package: €180 (€60 per session)
6-session package: €330 (€55 per session)
Individual session (90 minutes): €90
3-session package: €255 (about €85 per session)
6-session package: €480 (about €80 per session)
Packages are paid for in advance and should be used within three or six months. This provides guidance while allowing you to work at your own pace.

A Moment to Breathe - Creative group for family carers
A creative meeting to take some Time. Time to create. Time to share. Time to pause.
A moment to pause, create and connect with others who understand something of what caring can feel like.
Every two weeks · 90–120 minutes, depending on group size
CAD 50 per session
To help create a sense of continuity and connection, the group works on a commitment basis.
You can join for up to two trial sessions before deciding whether you’d like to continue.
6-session package · CAD 300
The package is valid for 4 months.
Small group · maximum 8 participants
Held in English
The group will start as soon as at least 3 people have signed up. Once we have enough participants, we’ll arrange the regular meeting time together.
