1 to 1Online Art Therapy
Creative support during times of transition and reorientation
When something in your life no longer feels quite right.
Maybe you’re at a crossroads, going through a transition, or simply feeling that the way things have been no longer fits.
You might know that something needs to change — but not what, or where to begin.
Sometimes it’s difficult to put all of this into words. Creative work can offer another way to explore what is happening and discover what might be emerging.
Art Therapy online — can that even work?
It may seem strange at first: how can we share a creative process when we are in different places?
What matters is creating a space where you can work creatively while staying connected and supported.
Take a look at the video to see how it works.
What is Art Therapy — and why is it different from art as therapy?
You may have come across the idea of using art as a way to relax, express yourself, or simply feel good. This is sometimes described as art as therapy — and the creative process itself can certainly be supportive.
Art therapy goes a little further. Here, creative work becomes part of a shared therapeutic process. You are not simply making something on your own. We create a space where you can explore what comes up through the creative process and reflect on it together.
There is no need to make something beautiful or meaningful. Sometimes a colour, a shape, a feeling, or a small detail can open up a different way of seeing things.
The focus is not on creating a perfect picture, but on noticing what you experience, discover, and explore along the way.
