What to expect from a SIS one to one package?
1. Session: Short introduction to online based Therapies & overview of which apps and gadgets are available.
Coachee introduces previous way of working. We define a goal.
2. Session: Coachee leads intervention, takes role of therapist, I take role of client. We conclude with feedback/ brainstorming about what could be done differently. What gadgets, apps would be helpful?
3. Session: Coachee takes role of therapist 100% of the time. We simulate a full therapy session including greeting, guidance, and reflection.
Followed by final feedback
